Terms and Conditions

  1. Rates: Rates are subject to availably and may change later without prior intimation. The rates mentioned are for work to be executed by the equipment under normal conditions, rates may vary depending upon conditions / nature of work.
  2. Availability: It is to note that availability of the mentioned equipment is subject to change without any prior intimation. Eqpt.IN does not guarantee the availability of the equipment unless complete payment [which includes Booking Amount, Monthly Advance Rental & Mobilization Amount] is made to the company.
  3. Sub-Letting: The Equipment will only be leased to Construction Companies / Contractors / Sub-contractors who are executing construction work. The equipment leased through Eqpt.IN cannot be sub leased to any third person / party, or made to or allowed to work for any Third Person / Party.
  4. Minimum Duration: The equipment will be rented for a minimum duration as mentioned on the website.
  5. De-hiring: The client shall inform 1 month in Advance before De-Hiring an equipment.
  6. Timings: The equipment will work for 8 hrs (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) in a day only including 1 (one) hr of meal break. If there be any change on work timings, it must be updated on the Client’s Dashboard and Approved by Eqpt.INs’ After-Sales Support team. Working beyond approved work timings will be treated as Overtime and therefore overtime charges will applicable as per contractual rates. Sundays and National Holidays will be charged under overtime for the entire day.
  7. Fuel: The equipment is being provided without fuel
  8. Operator: The equipment will be allocated with 01 x Operator. Operator’s accommodation and food will be Client’s responsibility under contract period.
  9. Booking Amount: The client is required to pay INR 10,000 as booking amount, which will be adjusted in the monthly rentals. Eqpt.IN will confirm and allocate the equipment within 2 working days.
  10. Payments: One month rental value alongwith Mobilization advance (less the booking amount of Rs 10,000) is required to paid within 48 hrs of allocation of the equipment. Eqpt.IN follows the pre-paid mechanism for payments, which implies that the Advance Monthly Rental will be credited to client’s account, and will be visible on the Dashboard, the amount shall be debited as per the usage. The dashboard will also trigger an SMS as well as a Mail for low balance seven days in advance and the client will be required to recharge the account, to continue using the equipment.
  11. Bank Details: After the allocation of the equipment, and upon Intimation through SMS and Mail on the registered number, Client is required to deposit the Advance Monthly Rental and Mobilization Advance in the ICICI Bank account details mentioned below and Share the UTR number with the After-Sales Support team.   12. Billing: The billing is automated and the bills generated can be downloaded from the portal. SMS and Mail will be triggered across on a daily basis onto the registered mobile numbers and mail Ids extended upto 4 numbers and mail -ids for Daily Usage Reports.
  13. Breakdowns: Breakdowns should be reported through the dashboard on immediate basis. No rentals will be charged while the equipment is under repair. If the equipment is not repaired within 7 days it shall be replaced free of any charges.
  14. Refunds: Refund for booking amount will only be applicable if Eqpt.IN is unable to confirm the equipment within 5 workings days of the payment received for an equipment, however, if the client desires and basis the availability of equipment, client can also choose from other rental slabs as per mentioned prices. No other refunds will be entertained.
  15. Forfeiture: The booking amount will stand forfeited if the order is cancelled by client at any stage as a processing fee.
  16. Taxation: Service Tax / GST will be applicable as per govt. rules and will be charged separately.
  17. Mobilization Distance & Charges: Mobilization will be measured & charged from Eqpt.IN’s 8 City Hubs, However, basis the availability of the equipment, if there be an equipment which is available closer to the clients desired location the mobilization cost will be Lowered and figures will be revised accordingly, but this would only come into play after a confirmed booking by the client. Additional Taxes (like Toll Tax, Octroi etc) both sides will be borne by the client in case of contract being awarded for 3 months, however, upon extension of the same to a minimum of 180 days (excluding 180th day) or more, one side transportation will be borne by Eqpt.IN
  18. Documentation: All the required documents (Forms, waybills and other necessary document) for the mobilization of equipment will be provided by client.
  19. Running Repairs: The cost of running repairs and major repairs of the equipment will be borne by Eqpt.in. Any damage to the equipment during the rental period due to unforeseen circumstances shall be subject to Insurance.
  20. Damages: Eqpt.in shall not be responsible for any damage knowing or unknowingly caused by the equipment due to negligence of the machine operator or any one on the site.
  21. Parking & Storage: - Suitable and safe parking and storage facility for the equipment will be provided by you free of charge. In case of any damage to equipment at site while working or at parking. The charges towards the repair or replacement shall be recovered by you.
  22. Strike / Lockout: In event of any strike, lock out or closure of the Client’s site for any other reason whatsoever and the equipment confined within Client’s site premises or in custody, the charges shall be payable in full. The working of such equipment shall be deemed to be of the normal working hours.
  23. Withdrawal of Equipment: Eqpt.IN reserves the rights for providing the equipment and will withdraw the equipment if:
    a. Staff / Operator: is not well taken care off
    b. Location or Work: if the work or location details given by the client are different from what has been shared by the client.
    c. Payment: if the account is not recharged with the Monthly Advance Rental Amount pass the Warning Intimation.
  24. Arbitration: All disputes and arbitrations are subject to New Delhi courts.
